When Jason & Grace Olszewski took their wedding funds and bought a smoker and a pop-up tent, they began creating authentic smoked meats that quickly became a local favorite. What started as a weekend gig at the Families Farmers Market evolved into a beloved destination for those seeking award-winning flavors and a delicious BBQ takeout menu.
In 2020, we opened our year-round BBQ shop right on the old Aurora Country Club, next door to Aurora's beautiful walking trail and Paddock River Preserve, where you can enjoy our authentic smoked meats and explore our award-winning flavors, all available on our BBQ takeout menu.
Jason built the kitchen out himself, and ever since, we've been serving up authentic smoked meats with award-winning flavors, including Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, and more.
We're proud Aurora locals dedicated to providing a BBQ takeout menu that keeps folks coming back for more.
